Make your mind become your Mitra. In Sanskrit, Mitra means ‘friend.’ Mindfulness teaches us to master the mind and make our mind a friend.

The mind is a pool of thoughts.

The mind is a generator of emotions.

The mind is a responder in lucidity.

The mind is a reactor in ambiguity.

The mind exists as thoughts live.

The mind vanishes as thoughts cease.

Mindfulness isn’t being full of minds.

Mindfulness is realizing the full presence of the mind.

Mindfulness is the practice of mastering the mind.

Mindfulness is the practice of achieving freedom from the mind’s slavery.

By mastering the mind, we elevate creativity and productivity.

By mastering the mind, we eliminate perplexity and difficulty.

Master your mind, and make your mind become your Mitra.

Let this magnificent Mitra work for you, and never against you.
